Volunteers joined in the Parade in Cape St. Clair distributed voter registration forms and mail-in ballot application forms, and flyers for the June event to attendees from their festively decorated booth.

February 13th – Advocacy Training and Legislative ReceptionAAGOP hosted its annual “Legislative Reception” on February 13th at the Atreeum in Annapolis where members of the public had an opportunity to meet and mingle with elected officials.
By all measures it was a huge success with nearly 50 attendees paticipating in the 4 part training session held from 4-6pm prior to the reception where another 50+ attendees enjoyed a bounty of assorted foods and beverges.
Additionally, it was a great opportunity for citizens to meet their legislators, plus – if you are thinking about running for office yourself – to connect with people who can help get you started. Additionally, it was a great opportunity to for our elected officials to let us know what is happening in the current legislative session in Annapolis and the County Council, and for candidates to introduce themselves to voters.
